Designed for Canadian Pharmacy professionals who have been required to obtain additional instruction by their College, this program acts as a companion to the MODUS Pharmacy Ethics and Integrity Course. Participants work closely with a MODUS practice mentor to ensure that key ethical principles and systematic decision-making frameworks are put to use in everyday practice.

Your MODUS practice mentors will discuss your current practice environment, specific areas of concern, and overall goals of study to ensure that the program materials fully meet your professional development needs.

Continuous Mentor Support

During your enrolment in the program, you are able to reach out to MODUS practice mentors for advice and assistance regarding any ethical dilemmas or professional practice concerns you may encounter - at no additional cost.

Systematic Approach

As a participant you will receive regular assignments that will challenge you to actively and mindfully put key ethical practices to use during your everyday practice.

Regular Video Conferencing

We will review your deliverables, grade your performance, and provide regular feedback throughout the program to ensure you are making progress toward your goals.

Following successful completion of the program, MODUS practice mentors are able to provide a detailed overview of how well your stated learning objectives have been achieved to the relevant regulatory body.

ABOUT RICK
Rick has practiced as a pharmacist in Canada for the past 13 years. During this time, he has fulfilled nearly every role imaginable, from clinical practice to hospital pharmacy management to independent pharmacy ownership. He is also a published HIV researcher.
As a founding member of the MODUS team, his current aim is to provide Canadian pharmacy professionals with world class training and mentorship in ethics and professional practice.
